One more important ingredient to maintain your focus on getting real results – share your goals with a partner, colleague or support buddy. By telling someone else about your plans you become accountable, meaning you will feel a greater sense of urgency in completing your activities.
Try this for your next project. Plan and commit to a course of action, share it with someone who will take an interest in your success and do not make excuses to change your strategy until you have completed your mission.
